Daily Silver News: April 28 – Silver Price Remains Near $33

Silver extends its consolidation as markets are cautios amid tariff developments.

The silver futures contract lost 1.46% on Friday, April 25, as it fluctuated following its Wednesday’s advance. Recently, silver has been relatively weaker than gold. In early april, it rebounded from a new local low of $27.55. On March 28, silver reached the highest since 2012.

Today, silver is moving sideways, as we can see on the daily chart (the chart includes today’s intraday data):

The silver price is 0.1% lower, as it is trading along the $33.00 level. What about the other precious metals? Gold is 0.1% higher, platinum is 0.9% higher and palladium is 0.4% higher. So, the main precious metals’ prices are mixed this morning.
